WaterTech is proud to have worked on a number of new home and townhouse builds in Christchurch and Akaroa, alongside some of the city’s leading architects and construction firms.
We provide a range of services for new builds, whether they are multi-unit townhouses or standalone architecturally designed homes.
The majority of new build home projects we have worked on include hydronic (hot water) underfloor central heating installation, installation of Puretec water filtration systems, plumbing for kitchens and bathrooms and Rehau acoustic rated pipework.
Multi-unit townhouse projects normally involve kitchen plumbing installation and 1-2 bathrooms, along with gas hot water in some instances.
We prefer to be involved in the early planning stages of a new build project, to help ensure your plumbing installation is as efficient as possible, reducing time and costs for the developer or property owners.
